C\u2019\u00e9tait bien avant que les premiers hommes arrivent, probablement en Haute-Amazonie, en pleine for\u00eat tropicale chaude et humide! Difficile de dire quand et comment les hommes eurent l\u2019id\u00e9e d\u2019utiliser les graines de la cabosse dans leurs pr\u00e9parations. Au fil du temps, les chocolats ont pris des formes et des compositions diff\u00e9rentes mais j\u2019ai d\u00e9cid\u00e9 dans ce nouvel ouvrage, j\u2019ai souhait\u00e9 me concentrer sur le chocolat noir. Pourquoi? D\u2019abord, c\u2019est celui que je pr\u00e9f\u00e8re! et je ne suis pas la seule, car, il est bien le chocolat pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9 des fran\u00e7ais.
